Heart
Why this work stays human.
Some parts of this work can only be explained through art, family, and memory.

My brother’s art carries fierceness, tenderness, and survival.

These drawings hold beauty, movement, and memory.
Art reaches places words cannot.
Trauma rarely arrives with a name. It appears in silence, hesitation, memory, body language, and the things a person cannot yet say. My brother’s art lives here because beauty, vulnerability, and survival are also part of the story.
For attorneys, the practical takeaway is simple: I do not approach trauma as a checklist. I approach it as something lived, often partially spoken, and shaped by what a person has had to carry.
