Served Albanian American women across the tri-state area through programs addressing domestic violence, acculturation, integration, family stability, access to services, and community support.

University of York, UK, 2016–2018. Led a government-funded, NHS-embedded national social work programme focused on adult mental health practice and workforce development.

Attorney-retained psychosocial evaluations and consultation for asylum, VAWA, T visa, U visa, and hardship cases — grounded in CIAS and trauma-informed practice.

Monitored community-based programs, reviewed documentation, and assessed agency compliance and performance in services touching mental health, domestic violence, and community support.

For referral partners, the important point is not the résumé itself. It is that the evaluations are grounded in real clinical, community, and institutional experience — with immigrant families, women, trauma, systems, and interdisciplinary practice.
